Assister & Broker Certification Training
Becoming a Pennie-Certified Assister or Broker is simple, easy, and free. Follow the simple steps below.
Note: For current Pennie Certified Assisters and Brokers, you need to complete the annual certification training by November 30, 2025. There will be no deadline extensions.
If the certification training is not completed by the deadline, you will be decertified effective 12/31/2025 and your customers will be de-designated.
