PENNSYLVANIA – January 7, 2026 – Pennie’s 2026 Open Enrollment is underway, and the final deadline has been extended this year. January 31st is the last day Pennsylvanians can enroll in 2026 health coverage. Pennie, Pennsylvania’s official state-based health insurance marketplace, is open for enrollment at pennie.com, offering quality health plans for individuals and families who don’t have other coverage options. Benefits of Health Coverage through Pennie
Pennie is the only place where Pennsylvanians can access federal tax credits to help lower the cost of health insurance. All plans offered through Pennie include comprehensive benefits such as:

Plans sold through Pennie also cover pre-existing conditions and provide important financial protections against high medical costs.
